Siksikan sa mga ward ang mga pasyente ng Philippine Orthopedic Center, nang mabisita ng Pinoy Weekly. Pati ang mga hallway at corridor, mistulang ward na rin, sa dami ng mga pasyenteng nagpapagamot sa tanging ospital sa bansa na nag-iispesyalisa sa orthopedics o paggamot sa mga sakit na may kaugnayan sa buto. Hirap ang mga istap ng POC sa paglilingkod sa maraming pasyente na dumudulog sa ospital — pero sinisikap nilang matugunan ang pangangailangan nila. Silang mga maralitang pasyente at manggagawang pangkalusugan ang nangunguna ngayon sa pagtutol sa pagsasapribado sa POC
